Chi Nei Tsang
Internal Organs Integtrated Massage
In ancient China it was observed that humans often develop energy blockages in their internal organs that result in knots
and tangles in their abdomens. These obstructions occur at the centre of the bodies vital functions and constrict the flow of chi
(energy), our life force.
Emotions
The Negative Emotions
The negative emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, depression and worry cause the most damage. Problems can also be
caused by work, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food and bad posture.
The Taoist masters discovered that most maladies could be healed once the underlying toxins and negative
forces were released from the body.
They developed the art of chi nei tsang to recycle and transform the negative energies that obstruct the
toxins, bad emotions and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that causes organs to dysfunction.
Training
Training and Becoming A Teacher
I trained with Mantaka Manuee Wan Chia between 1992 - 1998 in the art of Chi Nei Tsang in the Catskills
Mountains outside New York State. Training was very intense, starting at 5am and finishing at mid-night with
just 5 hours sleep. We were on the courtyard at 6am practising Tai chi and Chi Kung until 8am, followed by meditation
until 9:30. Next was dinner for an hour which was followed by Chi Nei Tsang training until 2:30 when we had
tea time until 3:30. That was the end of eating for the day.
The rest of the evening consisted of more training until 7:30 when a talk would be given by the master and then
there would be more Chi Nei Tsang training until mid-night. The course consisted of over 100 hours training every week. Part
of my qualifications included two hundred case studies in the following year, all had to be documented.
To qualify for teacher training I had to go to San Francisco State University for an intensive weeks training with
Master Chi and Master Woo. I qualified in 1998 as a healing Tao teacher in Chi Nei Tsang. The healing Tao system is thousands
of years old, its about having a healthy mind, body and spirit. This is the path I followed was a way of life for health and well being.
